 We're thrilled to announce the opening of an exciting new micro-school for the 2024-2025 school year! Our Founder

Rhonda Smalls brings 27 years of dedicated teaching experience across grades K-8, combining her passion for education with a strong academic background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master’s in Reading Education, along with certification in Special Education. Ms. Smalls is also extensively trained in structured literacy programs, including SOR, Wilson, and Orton-Gillingham, specializing in intensive reading instruction. Her expertise extends to Inquiry-Based Learning and fostering Cultural Awareness, ensuring that students not only develop strong academic skills but also grow as global citizens. Ms. Smalls is committed to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that nurture both intellectual and emotional growth .
